Return Policy:

For all products on the website, we have uploaded High Resolution images from different angles. Product details are listed for each item and can be viewed by clicking “More Details”. At 800Benaa, we value the need for a wholesome customer service experience; thus, our team has dedicated time to ensure you get product images which clearly represent the actual items on sale. We believe this helps you avoid selecting the wrong product when shopping. Again, you still have the right to refuse to receive a product, and we promise to refund you for any product in the same method of payment it was purchased with.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product from 800benaa and find a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement. We will collect the defected piece and send you another without any extra charges.

For this, a return due to manufacturing defect request must be filled and sent to us within 3 days from the date of purchase. We will collect the product only if it is in its original Packing with all accessories, and instruction booklets that came with the pack (if any), etc. otherwise we have the right to reject any returns if they do not meet these conditions.
